We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us in our acceptance, but we cannot give an exact delivery date.
We will arrange for delivery of the goods by 48hr courier. Postage and Packing will be payable as set out below:-

If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of submitting your order or by the agreed delivery date confirmed in our acceptance (whichever is the latter), you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
Damaged or defective goods
The rights given by this section are in addition to your other rights relating to defective goods or services given to you by law. If you would like further information on these rights, please contact your local trading standards office or citizens advice bureau.
We will supply goods that will remain free from defects in materials or caused by workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects of damage. If you find defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return, either to us or to the manufacturer ( at our option), at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
We will, free of charge, within a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of goods which are proved to the reasonable satisfaction of both of us to be damaged or defective due to defects in material, workmanship or design, repair or, at our option, replace such goods. This obligation will not apply where you have improperly altered the goods in any way whatsoever, or have subjected them to misuse of unauthorised repair.
We will refund to you the cost of carriage on the return of any such defective or damaged goods and will contact you to arrange delivery of any repaired or replacement goods to you at our expense.
